Compliance in PHOENIX

Compliance at PHOENIX Pharma refers to rules and guidelines that aim to ensure that the company and its employees comply with existing conditions and laws. The main focus of compliance is on creating fair competition as well as preventing and eliminating corruption.

Compliance is a key element of the PHOENIX
Group's corporate culture and stems from our fundamental corporate values. Acting responsibly and lawfully is fundamental to our company's success. Alongside our social responsibility as a healthcare provider, respectful collaboration is also critical to trust in our relationships with our customers, business partners and stakeholders.

Our policies set out in specific detail our company’s belief that corruption, anti-competitive and misconduct have no place in the PHOENIX Group or in our relationships with customers and business partners. Violations are not tolerated. Appropriate investigations are carried out and penalties are imposed where necessary.

The compliance organisation at group level ensures that rules are applied and monitored throughout the group. In addition, local compliance managers are responsible for compliance in individual countries.

Case Reporting System

The PHOENIX group has established a web-based case reporting system. Whether you are a PHOENIX employee or a third party, it gives you the chance to ask questions, or report suspected violations of the compliance rules or actual incidents, anonymously. The system is operated by an external service provider. Your identity as the whistle-blower can therefore not be traced unless you expressly agree to provide this information.
